Vital Blueprints THYROID – Reclaiming the Right to Receive
In this session we support some clearing of old dampness and stagnation that was impairing thyroid function, and helped the body prioritize fresh hydration and blood circulation to the thyroid. We worked some patterns of over-extending ourselves and our energy in service of others (at the expense of our own health) and worked with some limiting beliefs around what kind of help is available to us. We repaired ancestral dysregulation in our nervous system, our digestive system, and our immune system. We also supported the body in feeling safe to experience more: more energy, more resourcing, more love and support, and more inspiration.
